Rosé 12-pack Valentine's Special

Our 2022 Grenache Rosé hails from the Los Olivos District, right in the center of the Santa Ynez Valley. Grenache has always been our favorite varietal for Rosé because of the beautiful color we are able to coax from the fruit as well as the wonderful mix of fresh fruitiness, spicy Grenache character and crisp, fresh acidity. We make this wine very purposefully from start to finish. After receiving the fruit at the winery, it goes through hours of foot stomping maceration to extract just the right amount of color before it is pressed. Following the press, the juice is fermented in stainless steel to capture and promote the fresh, spicy fruit character in the grapes as well as the vibrant acidity Grenache is known for. The wine remains in stainless until it is done settling out and then it is bottled early, in February or March, to make sure we capture all of that bright fruit and ocean influenced acidity. This wine screams summer in Santa Barbara. From the bright sunset color to the summer fruit flavors and palate quenching acidity, this wine embodies the essence of a summer afternoon.
